A practicing and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping people meet their problems and trauma head on so they can heal in order to live their fullest and most authentic lives. I founded and own this private practice, focusing on counseling, mental health therapy, and life coaching along with leading seminars. Being of service to others has always been at the core of what I do and who I am, and it is the reason I became a therapist. Families and marriages are at the heart of who people are. They are at the center of human interactions and relationships with themselves, others, and the world. If a family or marriage is off kilter, it takes a person away from who they are. My work focuses on creating harmony and peace for each individual as well as the family and marriage in its entirety. I provide mental health counseling to those who have been through trauma, crisis relational difficulties, or life changes of past, present, or future. My service are inclusive of all people regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion, and I love helping families of every kind.
What My Patients Say
